Is there a demo system?
A full feature demo site is available at: http://www.mytrackstats.com/phpdemo/index.php This site can be accessed with login:admin / password:admin or login:coach / password:coach. Do not use this site for live data as this site will be periodically be refreshed.
What is the cost of mytrackstats.com?
mytrackstats.com costs $50 per year or $25 for 4 months. This includes 1 active meet and unlimited saved meets. Additional active meets cost $10.
What is an active meet?
An active meet is a meet that is editable. Having multiple active meets allows you to host several meets at one time. This is useful if you have a conference and there are more than one track meet occurring at the same time.
How do I get started?
If you only want to view results, simply click on the results link. No purchase is required to view results.

If you want to enter meet results, follow these steps.
  • Purchase a new account (or have the person that created the account give you access).
  • Create the list of schools (This is under Admin section).
  • Assign logins to schools (This is under Admin section). Logins must be associated with a school and have the coach security in order to access the coach options.
  • Create the meet and associate the schools to the meet (This is under Admin section). The meet must be marked as active in order to be used in the step below.
  • Insert the running or field events (This is under the Insert Section)

    Why don't meets show up in insert mode?
    Only those meets that are marked as active and have schools associated will be displayed in the meets dropdown list.
    Why don't schools show up when entering results?
    Each meet needs to have the schools associated. To associate schools to a meet go to the Admin - Edit Meets option. Select a meet. In the section labeled Additional Schools click the green checkmark next to the school name. This will associate it to the meet. If you want to remove a school from the meet, check the red x next to the school name in the Existing Schools For This Meet section.
